Set up the App Store Connect API

Create an App Store Connect API key and find your Vendor Number so Voidhash can import products and financial reports.

The App Store Connect API key lets Voidhash import your products and keep their metadata in sync. You'll need the key's Issuer ID and Key ID (plus the private .p8 key that authenticates calls), along with your Vendor Number for downloading financial reports.

Open the Integrations Team Keys

In App Store Connect go to Users and Access, click the Integrations tab, and under App Store Connect API select Team Keys. A team key works across all apps in the account, which suits product and metadata sync.

Who can do this?

Only the Account Holder can first enable App Store Connect API access for the team. After that, the Account Holder or an Admin can generate Team keys — if you have Developer or App Manager access, ask one of them to create it.

Copy the Issuer ID

The Issuer ID is a UUID (e.g. c055ca8c-e5a8-4836-b61d-aa5794eeb3f4) shown above the Active keys table. It's shared by every key in the team. Copy it into the Issuer ID field in Voidhash.

Generate a Team key

Click Generate API Key, give it a name (for your reference only), and choose an access role. App Manager is the recommended minimum for importing products and metadata; Admin grants broader access. Click Generate — the name and access level can't be edited afterward, so revoke and recreate the key to change them.

Copy the Key ID and download the .p8

The new key appears with its Key ID, a 10-character value (e.g. T9GPZ92M7K) — copy it into the Key ID field in Voidhash. Then click Download API Key to save the private .p8 file; Voidhash needs it together with the Issuer ID and Key ID to authenticate API calls.

Download the .p8 now — only once

Apple lets you download the private .p8 key only once, at creation time. If you lose it, you must revoke the key and generate a new one.

Find your Vendor Number

From the App Store Connect home, open Payments and Financial Reports, then select Reports at the top of the page. Your Vendor Number appears in the top-left under your Legal Entity Name, labeled Vendor #. Copy that number into the Vendor Number field in Voidhash.

Multiple legal entities?

If the top-left menu lists more than one legal entity, open it and pick the vendor number for the entity whose App Store sales you're syncing. Viewing this area requires the Account Holder, Admin, or Finance role.
