Create a person

Creates a person for a distinct id.

When a person already has the distinct id, writes the given email and name onto them and returns them instead of creating another.

Guide: People and identity

POST
/api/v1/projects/{projectId}/persons

Authorization

AuthorizationBearer <token>

A project secret key: vh_sk_... for production, vh_sk_test_... for test. Keep it on your servers.

In: header

Path parameters

The project's id, proj_.... A secret key works only in the project it belongs to.

Request body

The distinct id your app knows the person by, such as your own user id. A person who already has it is updated instead.
