This information is provided under Section 435 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

2. VAT

Voidhash s.r.o. has been assigned the tax ID CZ23738944 but is not registered as a VAT payer. Prices are stated without VAT. If Voidhash becomes a VAT payer, VAT will be added at the statutory rate; for business customers established in another EU Member State, the reverse-charge mechanism will apply where applicable.

4. Digital Services Act points of contact

4.2. For users of the Service (Article 12). Customers, end users and other recipients of the Service can contact us at legal@voidhash.com, in Czech or English.

5. Legal documents

Each document is published in Czech and English. The Terms of Service determine which language version prevails.

6. Document versions

Each document states its version and effective date. When we change a document, we publish the new version together with a summary of changes. Previous versions are available on request at legal@voidhash.com.

7. Security and vulnerability disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Service, the SDKs or the open-source code, please report it to legal@voidhash.com (subject line "Security") with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access data that does not belong to you, do not disrupt the Service, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it. Security testing of the hosted Service requires our prior written consent (see section 5.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy).

8. Copyright and open-source licences

8.1. The content of the website, the documentation, the Voidhash name and logo and the hosted Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of Voidhash s.r.o. or its licensors. © 2026 Voidhash s.r.o.

8.2. Large parts of Voidhash are open source. The SDKs, client libraries and command-line tools are licensed under the MIT License; the self-hostable Community server and dashboard are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. Certain enterprise features are licensed under the separate Voidhash Enterprise License. The licence texts are published together with the source code. Your rights to use open-source code are governed solely by the applicable licence; the Terms of Service apply to the hosted Service.

8.3. Third-party components are subject to their own licences; notices are provided with the relevant source code.
