Other languages

Integrate a backend in any language over plain HTTP.

Voidhash has server libraries for Node.js, PHP, Go and Rust. These pages cover any other language: everything a library does is a plain HTTPS request to the Voidhash API, and every webhook is a signed HTTP request you can verify with your language's HMAC function.

Before you start

  • A project secret key. Keep it on your server, and give each deployment its own: a test key on staging, a production key in production.
  • Your project ID: the id in the projects list of GET /api/v1/session.
  • The API overview for the base URL, errors, pagination and limits.

Guides

  • Check access: ask Voidhash whether a person can use a perk before you serve something paid.
  • Receive webhooks: verify signatures by hand and handle events.
  • Payment sources: report payments from a provider Voidhash doesn't connect to, with curl examples.
  • Capture events: send analytics events from your server.

Next steps

  • API authentication
  • Webhook delivery
  • Error codes
