Configure server notifications
Send App Store Server Notifications V2 to Voidhash so renewals, cancellations and refunds update access.
App Store Server Notifications tell Voidhash about renewals, cancellations, refunds and other subscription changes, even when your app isn't running. Here you copy a URL from Voidhash into App Store Connect, rather than the other way round.
- In Studio, open the Apple Server notification tab and copy the Apple Server Notification URL.
- In App Store Connect, open your app and choose General → App Information. Find App Store Server Notifications. Editing it needs the Account Holder, Admin, App Manager or Marketing role.
- Under Production Server URL, click Set Up URL or Edit, paste the URL, choose Version 2, and save.
- Under Sandbox Server URL, paste the same URL, choose Version 2, and save.
Without a Sandbox Server URL, Apple sends sandbox notifications to the production URL. With only a Sandbox Server URL, Apple sends no production notifications. A sandbox change can take about an hour to apply.
